Terms of Service

By creating a PAYOFF account you agree to these terms.
1. The service
PAYOFF is a subscription-based business management tool. Features include sales tracking, stock management, customer and supplier ledgers, reporting and receipt printing / sharing.
2. Account & security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret. Enable two-factor authentication where available. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
3. Subscription & billing
- Plans: Starter, Elite and Enterprise, billed monthly or yearly in USD or UGX.
- A 7-day free trial is granted on first use.
- Payments are processed by Pesapal. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change prices with 30 days notice.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use PAYOFF to commit fraud, evade taxes, launder money, or store unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Your data
You own the data you enter. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.
6. Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occur.
7. Warranty & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You can cancel any time from the billing page. We may terminate for breach of these terms. Upon termination your access ends and data is removed per our retention policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
